Successfully Empowering Leaders for the Future Inc. (SELFF Inc.) is a private nonprofit organization providing educational and creative workshops, academic support, mentoring, and coaching services for underprivileged adolescents and young adults (AYA's) in Boston, MA. A single goal drives us; to do our part in making the world a better place for our girls. Our partnerships will include local schools, community-based organizations, and healthcare organizations committed to eliminating social, economic barriers and healthcare disparities for adolescents and young women of color. Our vision is to create a community of support, build resiliency, and cultivate the next generations of leaders. We are committed to providing tools and resources that will equip our girl's on how to navigate life's complex challenges in a world that tells them they're not enough. We strive to build productive relationships, develop self-leadership, and positively impact self-esteem to thrive into adulthood and reach their fullest potential.
